History

WNYdreamweddings.com was formed in early 2007 as an additional division of Holler Media Productions line of services, in order to serve the WNY community.

Our mission is to provide the bride and groom with the most professional, creative, & cost effective wedding videos in the WNY area.

Process

The first step after you call us will be to sit down and discuss what it is you are looking for in your wedding video. After this initial meeting we will work up a formal contract that clearly defines all the details for your big day. Upon agreement of the contract you will be required to provide 25% of the total determined cost.

We will make ourselves available to answer any questions or concerns you may have at any time during the planning process.

Two weeks before the wedding day, you will be asked to provide an additional 25% of the total determined cost.

The day of your rehearsal, we will have someone present to scout the ceremony location in order to get a better idea of blocking the day out.

Upon completion of the DVD, we will send you a proof copy along with a final agreement form.
You will be asked to look over the DVD and write down any and all potential changes you would like made, then sign the final approval form.
We will make any and all final changes, and deliver your final DVDs.
You will be asked to provide the remaining 50% of total due before the final DVDs can be delivered.
